RETURN

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accepts the merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email within 7 days from the received date.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed, we will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and duties.

Circle & Point Co. Limited is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.

Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

Circle & Point Co. Limited reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used or altered in any way.

All packaging must be included in your return.
